Welcome to the Tri-City Lay Council Group.

At this time the Lay Council is organized in the Tri-Cities Area of St. Charles, Geneva, and Batavia, Illinois. Initially quarterly meetings were held from October 2005 to October of 2006, discussing issues relating to aging and senior citizens.

Meetings have been discontinued while the group reorganizes. Other communities of Church laypeople are invited to join and participate in this site and our discussions online. For more information contact Bob Snodgrass or register on this site.

Membership is open and free for anyone wishing to represent their congregation as a lay person interested in community and social issues. A broad variety of social and community issues are being considered for discussion and information sharing, including the following:
